Whether you're new to Reiki or a lifelong friend of the practice, you will benefit from a healing session with me. Reiki is a form of Japanese healing which can relieve stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and more. I am trauma informed and will customize each session to meet your needs. I will meet you where you are at emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I am a certified Reiki Master trained by Yvonne Nieves, RMT.
